Some adverts present a problem and show how the there products or company can solve it. Claims Direct are an accident claims company who can help people who have been in an accident but they need help proving its not their fault.
In this advert the woman is having trouble unblocking the drain but Mr Muscle comes along to help her. The character of Mr Muscle looks like a hero and is strong, this reflects what the product is.
